For info on what PDF is and how to configure your browser for online viewing, please keep reading:
PDF stands for "Portable Document Format."

It is a technology developed by Adobe based on a language called Postscript.

PDF allows you to zoom in to any portion of the page and view razor sharp text.

The Acrobat PDFViewer plug-in included with Acrobat Reader is automatically loaded into either Netscape Navigator or Internet Explorer when Acrobat is installed. It allows you to view our catalog within the browser window while online before it has finished downloading (if you have the most recent version of your browser).

However, it takes a lot of memory to run Reader at the same time as browser software, so you may want to download the PDF file and view it offline if you're on a computer that's short of memory.

You can save a document that is visible within the browser for reading later. The saving procedure varies between different browsers. In Netscape Navigator, select File > Save As... In Internet Explorer, select File > Save As... and choose Source as the type.

For information on either using the PDFViewer plug-in to display PDF files within your browser window or configuring your browser to use Acrobat Reader as a helper application so that PDF files display within Acrobat Reader, visit Adobe's solutions page.

If you are having trouble downloading, installing or using the Adobe Reader, please visit Adobe's site for more help.
